President Obama Proposes Cash for Caulking

This tuesday President Obama proposed a new rebate for homeowners who install energy-efficien appliances, windows, and insulation.

Nicknamed "Cash for Caulking", this new program would give a 50% rebate to homeowners who install energy-efficient items such as air conditioners, heating systems, washing machines and dryers, replacement windows, and insulation- up to $12,000.
